Facilitation

We are here for all retreat, meeting, talkback and ideation needs. We collaborate with you to create experiences that are generative, engaging and focused on your goals and desired outcomes.

Advising + Planning

Whether you’re pivoting in your work/practice or a time of transition in your organization’s life cycle, we want to support you with change management. We come prepared for deep listening, empathetic communication and strategic thinking to push you towards the finish line. Examples of past work include strategic planning, personal/organizational goal setting, infrastructure building and process audits.

Project Management

Sometimes, the work gets heavy and you need an extra hands and smarts to get it done. AYA lends capacity for project management so that you can reach your deadlines with ease. We stand in on your behalf to guide meetings, communicate between vendors + stakeholders and develop/oversee timelines as needed.

Development
